I want to put this on my wall to remind myself that I'm just choosing a new hard...and that being overweight is NOT an easy choice.
When my body feels sore and achy...I want it to be because of the hard workout I did the day before, NOT because of the amount of weight my body has to lug around everyday.
I'm tired of the jabs I throw at myself when I catch a glimpse of me in a mirror...or worse, when I see myself in a picture. I've been tearing myself down TOO much for TOO long! And that's been HARD...without any reward.
Which hard choice are you choosing?
