Does anyone else struggle with eating breakfast? I have NEVER been good at getting up in the morning early enough to make something to eat...I love my sleep too much!
I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day but seriously, why does it have to be SO early! 😜
That's one of the nice perks with drinking Shakeology...I just throw stuff in the blender and POOF, I have breakfast!
Now...not only is it the most important meal, it's now the HEALTHIEST! It's a two-ffer!
