First Accomplishment

Yesterday marked day 30 of my 30-Day Challenge Group and we posted our before/after pics along with our weight and measurements. I couldn't believe how different my 2 pictures were!
So today, I thought I would try on a pair of my pre-baby weight pants to see how close I was...AND THEY FIT!!!
I have struggled for 1 YEAR trying to get back into these pants and after just 30 days of 21 Day Fix PLUS drinking Shakeology daily...I met my 1st goal...WOOHOO!!!!
I'm starting a new challenge group in 2 weeks and can't WAIT to see those results! BRING IT ON!!

  1. It looks like you've been trying to slim down for years, based on some of these photos, perhaps longer. Well, it's not working. These shakes - these "diets" - they don't work. Why? Because you're not being honest with your calorie intake and you're still eating enough to support this body weight. That's a fact. Calories and weight don't lie. If you're active and eating right, your body won't just hover at 275lbs! You need to start eating right and face the truth that's out there: diets don't work. Behavioral modification does. Lifestyle changes work and last. Diets always fail. As soon as the diet stops, the pounds come back, like a drug habit, because food is an addiction. Be honest about your eating addiction and seek help with a real dietician, psychotherapist, physician, (and based on these workout videos) a gym coach to get you started on the right path to a new healthy life. I wish you well. I hope you reach your goals.
